Return and refunds

  • How can I return my order?
    We offer a 1-month return policy for your convenience.

    Important: Since the return is from the United Kingdom, it must be handled correctly for customs. Please include all necessary customs documents, especially the invoice from the UK showing the value and description of the returned goods. This is required to ensure smooth customs clearance when importing into Germany. 


    Please include the goods return slip enclosed with your shipment in the package. Without it, processing your return may be difficult or impossible.

    Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process your refund promptly.

    Please be aware that we are not responsible for your return if it is not returned to us correctly.


    Please ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as received. New items must be returned unused, unworn, and complete with all packaging and accessories.

  • Is the return for free?

    The return is not for free. You are responsable for the return to us and have to pay for the postage costs.

    We offer a 1-month return policy. You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We do not offer free returns at this time. You will need to cover the postage when sending items back to us.

    To return an item, simply package the product securely, include the invoice or delivery note, and ship it back to us with prepaid postage. Please send it to the following address:

    Once we receive your return and verify that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund. You will receive the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned item.

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or process a refund.

  • When can I expect the refund after the return?
    As soon as we did receive and checked a return, the amount will be refunded or the invoice cancelled and a confirmation will be sent automatically by email.  
  • How do I get my money back?
    Once we receive your return and verify that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
    You will receive the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned item
