  • I want to return my order. How can I do that?

    We offer a 1-month return policy for your convenience.

    Important: Since the return is from the United Kingdom, it must be handled correctly for customs. Please include all necessary customs documents, especially the invoice from the UK showing the value and description of the returned goods. This is required to ensure smooth customs clearance when importing into Germany. 

    Please include the goods return slip enclosed with your shipment in the package. Without it, processing your return may be difficult or impossible.

    Please be aware that we are not responsible for your return if it is not returned to us correctly.

    Please ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as received. New items must be returned unused, unworn, and complete with all packaging and accessories.

  • What is a TSA lock?

    A TSA lock is a special type of lock that is approved by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for use on luggage when traveling, particularly for flights. These locks are designed with a keyhole that allows TSA agents to open and inspect your bag without damaging the lock or the luggage.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Combination or Key Access: Most TSA locks operate with a combination code set by the user, while some may have a key option.
    • TSA Master Key: TSA agents at airports have a universal master key that can unlock these locks if they need to inspect the contents of your luggage. After inspection, they can relock the luggage without leaving it unsecured.
    • Indicator: Some TSA locks feature an indicator that shows whether the lock has been opened by TSA agents during inspection.

    TSA locks offer both security and peace of mind, allowing travelers to secure their luggage while ensuring that it can still be accessed for inspections without being damaged.

  • Why is it possible to put a certain amount of items in my basket?
    You can only order the quantity that is currently available in stock. If an item has limited availability, you will be unable to purchase more than what we have on hand at the moment.
  • Where can I get my invoice?

    You can easily download your invoice from your customer account. Simply log in, go to the "My Orders" section, and select the relevant order. You'll find the option to download the invoice as a PDF and print it if needed
