Case only used once for a short trip. Pull-out handle already wobbly and not firm. Everything else okay.

It really pissed me off that they left a suitcase behind.
The stitching on the outside, next to the zipper, is coarse and does not look secure.
Is this perhaps so cut open and further unzipped?
