Perfect suitcase for short trips
Very nice color and quality
Very nice color and quality. Just right for a short trip.
Not yet in use... but looks very good on the outside and makes a stable impression.
Scratch-resistant and robust. Also lightweight. (flown 5 times so far)
Relatively small content

Very good trolley, rolls easily and looks good. Only the linkage protrudes a little far into the packing space for my taste.

My item has been canceled
My item was canceled. I received an email saying that I had canceled the order myself. This was not the case - on the contrary, I was waiting for the suitcase that I had planned as a gift. I then called the Koffer.com hotline. I initially spent more than 20 minutes in the queue. An unfriendly employee told me that the email had probably been triggered automatically because my AmazonPay payment had not worked. However, I had received an email from AmazonPay immediately after ordering and paying - a few days earlier - confirming receipt of payment. The employee told me that I should simply place the order again. I thankfully declined and bought my suitcase from another provider.
In my opinion, Koffer.com should urgently review these automated processes and work on its communication with customers.
