A Positive Experience
Delivery was fast, and the quality is very good—I'm thrilled! Now I'll be testing the suitcase for a month—I'm sure I'll have more to say then, but so far everything looks good

Inadequate quality control for new products
One star for the fast delivery, but the quality control (QC) is disappointing. I ordered a suitcase as a gift (brand-new, not a second-hand item). Unfortunately, despite the protective film, the suitcase arrived with a noticeable scratch on the rubber trim at the top corner. Customer service was unreasonable and downplayed the cosmetic defect, claiming it “didn’t affect functionality.” I was offered a mere €5 as a gesture of goodwill, which is ironic considering it was a damaged gift. Anyone expecting flawless new merchandise should be cautious here.
