I would give the suitcase set five stars plus and give it a direct recommendation to buy.

Great suitcase set. It has already been on its first two trips to Mallorca and Ibiza and the next trip to Marbella is coming up next week. I think the quality is good and the suitcase set will be with me for a few years. The material and wheels are very good quality - I think it's a real bargain.

I find it disappointing that a new suitcase is of such poor quality.

I would therefore ask for compensation.
