Very robust and beautiful case
It is simply perfect.
Great suitcase for stress-free travel
I was immediately impressed by the SMARTBOX suitcase with its robust hard shell and smooth-running double wheels. The integrated TSA lock provides additional security and makes traveling through airports easier. The suitcase is not only sturdy and provides optimum protection for my luggage, but can also be maneuvered effortlessly thanks to the double wheels. An all-round successful suitcase that makes every traveler's heart beat faster!
Good product but...
The suitcase is in line with the photos, however, it was stipulated that it was light, but it's not, in fact it's rather heavy compared to other suitcases I have of the same size.
Otherwise, the pink color is nice, and it's really big and thick.
I am dissatisfied with my purchase.
I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. I don't like the case at all, but if I want to return it I have to pay €32 - that's almost half the price of the case! I really don't find that normal. Such a big company like you should offer free returns, like many other online shops do. Now I'm stuck with a suitcase I don't really want to keep. Very disappointing.
