Good, sturdy case
Very good suitcases with a special locking system that means you don't have to worry about the zipper breaking during a trip. Delivery was very fast. If you have problems setting the security code (the quick guide is a bit cryptic), you can watch a short video on YouTube on the koffer.de website.

find it not really worth it for this case , he seems to me not really solid. but is my opinion, so but me old case that is perfect , looking for another. BUT RETURNS TO OUTSIDE, that's bad if you buy it on bagage.nl and then not even about the return price, that's bad at bagage.nl . so bad service. then but extra loss, but still returned it
The worst customer service ever.
It's very difficult to get in touch with bagage24. They're completely unreachable by phone, and it takes a week for them to respond to emails. I wanted to cancel the order right away, but I couldn't reach them by phone.
Suitcase arrived dented
Suitcase arrived dented. On the hotline phone we had to submit a damage report to DHL. The return slip promised for the other suitcase only arrived three days later, so we had to send one suitcase back at our own expense. All in all, very unsatisfactory.
I have not received the parcel
I have not received the parcel. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 2 Sept. between 12.15 and 16.15.
