The first impression: SUPER
I've only owned the suitcase for a few days so I can't say much about it yet. It looks great (petrol), is super light for such a large suitcase (98 liters/2.5 kg) and rides very smoothly. I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs on trips.

A relative disappointment after a furious start
I have actually been very satisfied so far. I had ordered a suitcase set consisting of 2 board trolleys and 2 XXL suitcases. The prices were absolutely ok. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the XXL suitcases are only treated as special baggage by most airlines. So I immediately returned the XXL suitcases after learning this and ordered XL suitcases instead. The return and replacement delivery as well as the refund took place promptly. One of the cases in the replacement delivery was defective, so I had to send it back again. According to DPD, the defective suitcase was received by Koffer.com on 18.09.25. The refund has not yet been made to date, 07.10.25. When I enquired, I was informed that the case was still "at the top" of the complaints process. Even though I am aware that I have caused unnecessary expense by returning the incorrect order, I am no longer as enthusiastic about the return of the defective suitcase and the long time I have been waiting for the refund as I was when I first returned it. Incidentally, a corresponding note on the website regarding XXL suitcases and their possible restrictions for air luggage would certainly have prevented the incorrect order.

The transport linkage did not lock in the fully extended position. Unfortunately, I had to send it back. No problem, just had to order and pay again. The refund was made reliably and promptly within 2 working days of Koffer.com receiving the return. Product unfortunately a slip, koffer.com top.
