I have not yet received the goods
I have not yet received the goods, but I have received 2 requests for
evaluation. I ordered in the middle of the peak and assumed anyway that the goods would not arrive within the 2-3 days advised (it has now been 7 since the order was placed, delivery will probably be tomorrow). It would be advisable for Koffer.com to start the NPS survey only after a successful delivery attempt or final status of the commissioned transport company.
