Was a little hesitant after reading the reviews on Trustpilot. But I can only say that I am extremely satisfied. Within a few days a delivery man from DHL was at the door with the suitcase. Packed in sturdy Samsonite cardboard box and plastic. I am very happy with this lightweight Samsonite D-Lite Spinner 78cm. Previously bought the same suitcase from V& D but after years of heavy use it was a bit run down. Also, this suitcase from Bagage24.nl from Germany is almost €90 cheaper than in the Netherlands. All in all, I am very satisfied.
