Customer service very friendly
I can't rate the KOffer because I changed my mind and sent the withdrawal form before the suitcase arrived. I was then kindly informed by customer service that the shipment had already been made - and about how I could return the shipment or refuse to receive it. I was then immediately informed that the return had arrived and was being checked and that it was OK - the money was back in my account in no time at all. That's what you want.
I am convinced that the case was exactly as described and thank you for the great service. Next time with purchase
Very good case despite the low price.
Very good, large... Good price... Fast delivery
Sturdy, good case that also seems big enough...
No experience yet.
Purchased because of 2 sturdy castors and very reasonable price.
