Customer service very friendly
I can't rate the KOffer because I changed my mind and sent the withdrawal form before the suitcase arrived. I was then kindly informed by customer service that the shipment had already been made - and about how I could return the shipment or refuse to receive it. I was then immediately informed that the return had arrived and was being checked and that it was OK - the money was back in my account in no time at all. That's what you want.
