Good material and delivered on time.

Robust and lightweight
Beautifully designed case. The wheels seem robust. Thought the shell would be a bit harder, but still flexible enough.

It seems to make a nice impression, but after reading a few reviews on the net, I'm sending it back because it seems to have a tendency to make big dents that can't always be repaired. As I fly a lot, I need something more stable.
I ordered the suitcase 2 weeks ago and unfortunately it still hasn't been delivered. I've sent you an email but unfortunately I haven't received a positive response yet. Only a standard email that you will contact dhl but nothing else. Very bad. I expect a response very soon about how you are going to solve this. Unfortunately I had to arrange something else for my daughter's vacation because the suitcase is too late for her vacation. Very bad
