The Focal 48 trekking backpack combines outstanding carrying comfort with practical functions, making it the ideal choice for longer tours. The ultra-light FreeFloat carrying system offers flexibly mounted hip fins that follow your every body movement. A fully ventilated mesh back ensures optimum freshness and keeps you comfortably dry throughout your hike. The large zippered pockets on the hip belt offer plenty of space for cell phones and other important items. The inner compartment for the hydration bladder offers a well thought-out solution for hydration on the go. It is equipped with a SpeedClip attachment that ensures a secure and stable attachment of the hydration bladder. This attachment is specifically compatible with Gregory's 3D Hydro hydration bladder (sold separately), which fits seamlessly into the system. The pack features a removable, height-adjustable lid compartment with multiple zippered pockets, reflective attachment points and a key clip, as well as an ultra-lightweight rain cover that stows in its own zippered compartment under the lid when not in use. The quick-release fastener with drawstring and compression straps at the top, the reflective loop at the bottom and the Shock-Lock loop at the top are ideal for attaching hiking poles or an ice axe and round off the well thought-out design.
