wrong color
The color of the order does not match what I received. I think it was mislabeled at the warehouse because I placed the order twice and received the wrong product in both cases.

The carrying handle is torn
The carrying handle broke before I could even test the case.
The case fell down the wooden stairs as a result.
Very, very annoying... the case is garbage, not recommended.
